Before you begin

This assessment records whether you have completed the cyber awareness training. Client organisation name decides how this data is used, and XACKTON runs the platform on its behalf.

What we collect

Your first name, last name and department
Your answers, score, number of right and wrong answers, and time taken
Your IP address, browser and device type, and the date and time of each visit

Why we collect it

To confirm who has completed each training session
To show your name and score on this training's scoreboard, which other participants can see
To measure how well the training works and to keep the site secure

We set one strictly necessary cookie that remembers your consent for 180 days. There are no analytics, advertising or third-party cookies, and no data is sent to third parties.

How long we keep it and your rights

Records are kept for 12 months after the training cycle ends. You can withdraw consent at any time from the "Privacy & consent" link at the bottom of every page. You can also ask to see, correct or erase your data, or raise a grievance, by contacting Grievance Officer at [email protected]. If you're not satisfied with the response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
